During the summer months Haika’s Kitchen turns its attention to the cornucopia of summer fruit and produce available locally. Fruit pies, dumplings, tarts, quick bread and other sweet products all benefit from fruits available fresh and locally. Our savory Brioche, Croissant gadgets and soups feature locally harvested vegetables.

As part of our commitment to local business and fresh ingredients Haika’s Kitchen has gone mobile for the summer and early fall. We pack our products and take them to you at outdoor producer markets and special events around the area. We can be found at the following locations:
