Welcome to Haika’s Kitchen, where quality and creativity meet indulgence. No matter what product we make, the emphasis is always on foods prepared in a creative, high quality manner utilizing the best whole foods and organic ingredients. Ingredients are locally sourced and sustainably grown whenever possible.  

Nothing is low-fat or artificially sweetened and we’re proud of it!  Our baked goods and sweet treats are designed to be a rich, unapologetic indulgence. We practice the old-fashioned methods of our grandmothers, keeping our foods free of chemicals, artificial flavors and fillers.

Haika’s products are full of flavor – the result of using quality ingredients like real butter, rich dark organic chocolate, locally sourced organic eggs, organic dairy products from farms that practice humane husbandry, and yes, real sugar.  Our pies ooze with tart cherries, wild Maine blueberries, local peaches and other in-season fruits.

The key lime and lemon fillings are zingy and refreshing, not overly sweet. Our selection of decadent treats such as our prize winning White chocolate raspberry cream cheese blondies and our own Weet brioche snack cakes are designed to satisfy your sweet treat desires.   

We make celebration cakes for any and all occasions. Our decorated cakes are all-American layer cakes cloaked in satiny butter cream.  We offer a wide variety of cake and filling flavors and we will attempt to incorporate any flavor you want in a product. We’re also crazy enough to try any decorations you desire, no matter how off the wall.  (Actually, we love off the wall, the more off the wall the better!) 

We’ll even find a way to custom decorate pies, tarts, cookies and cheesecakes.  Yes, cheesecake! You want a cheesecake that is decorated for a birthday? We are your place to go. We believe everyone should have their favorite on their special day, even if it’s a pumpkin pie with “Happy Birthday” written with whipped cream on top.

For those without a sweet tooth, we make products for you too. We bake a limited number of specialty breads weekly. We offer organic sandwiches using our own croissants and breads, and will even do lunch or party trays. Quiche, strata, vegetable salads and even soup are available – all made with local and organic products.

Last, but certainly not least are our Savory stuffed brioche – a meal you can hold in your hand. This brioche loaf comes filled with such delectable items as spinach and cheese, chili, sausage and pepper and other savory goodies.

The first week of May is the kick-off of the Haika’s Kitchen Farmer’s Market season. This year Haika’s will be a vendor at three outdoor producer & local markets.

Emmaus Farmer’s Market Sundays 10 am – 2 pm
May 4th – Thanksgiving
In the parking lot of the KNBT bank on Main St. in Emmaus

Macungie Farmer’s Market Thursdays 4pm – 7 pm
June 5th – September 25th
In the Macungie Memorial Park along Walnut St.

Boyertown Farmer’s Market **Saturdays 10 am – 1 pm June 7th – October 25th
In the parking lot at 100 S. Walnut St. in Boyertown ** We will be there the third Saturday of each month

With the opening of these markets for the season means we will have a greater supply of local produce, fruit, cheese & meats for our kitchen. Look for the seasonal items made from ingredients we purchase at the same markets you (should) shop at.
