Quality is our number one concern.

OrganicMany bakeshops get their pie fillings (not to mention a lot of other things) in five gallon buckets and you're lucky if your lemon pie had a real lemon peel dragged through it. All our products are made from scratch, by hand, with premium ingredients, on the premises without fillers, artificial flavors, or hydrogenated oils.

Haika has never seen a recipe that called for glyphosphate, (an herbicide), neomycin, (an antibiotic), chlordane, (a pesticide), or bovine growth hormone. We're betting you haven’t either. For this reason we use as many organic ingredients as possible. Even if you aren't concerned that it's organically grown, the bottom line is that we feel organics make the end result better tasting, and indulgence is what Haika's is all about!

  • FreshOur items to-go will be constantly changing because we get bored! Not all listed goodies will be available everyday. Watch for new stuff.
  • Anything we have to-go in the shop will always be available in any size for special order. We have our favorites, and we know you will, too!
  • Out-of-season fruit fillings will be priced according to the current market, if available at all - please ask.
  • Most products are available for advance orders at any time but please check availability.

The first week of May is the kick-off of the Haika’s Kitchen Farmer’s Market season. This year Haika’s will be a vendor at three outdoor producer & local markets.

Emmaus Farmer’s Market Sundays 10 am – 2 pm
May 4th – Thanksgiving
In the parking lot of the KNBT bank on Main St. in Emmaus

Macungie Farmer’s Market Thursdays 4pm – 7 pm
June 5th – September 25th
In the Macungie Memorial Park along Walnut St.

Boyertown Farmer’s Market **Saturdays 10 am – 1 pm June 7th – October 25th
In the parking lot at 100 S. Walnut St. in Boyertown ** We will be there the third Saturday of each month

With the opening of these markets for the season means we will have a greater supply of local produce, fruit, cheese & meats for our kitchen. Look for the seasonal items made from ingredients we purchase at the same markets you (should) shop at.

Make sure you stop by our stand and say hello.
